We provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty period of various products.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

  • A warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the products to the customer.
  • A product is defective when such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product not to be able to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by UUFFOO.

30-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must follow below rules:

  • All accessories should be included in the return.
  • The original packaging should be included.
  • Items must be in resaleable condition.
  • Refurbished products are not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality-related reasons.
  • For warranty claims that are not quality-related, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • For warranty claims that are quality-related, we will refund the cost of the product and be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If the items do not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.

Note: If there is anything wrong with the product you purchased and you apply for a return, please ensure that any included gifts are intact and returned together. If the gifts cannot be returned due to the buyer’s reasons, or are damaged or got lost on the way to being returned, the seller may not refuse the return of items but can still deduct the corresponding amount from the transaction price based on the value of the gifts.

Refund Process

To start a return, always contact support@uuffoo.us to obtain authorization before sending any products back and follow below steps:

Step 1

  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  • Clear photos including outer packaging with SKU label, outer packaging with waybill information, product quantity or a photo of damaged products.

Step 2

  • We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back after receiving all above information. (Please note that if the information is incomplete, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.)
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase).
  • Opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Refund requests that are not quality-related cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the 30-day window. For purchases are not made directly through the online https://www.uuffoo.com store, please contact the corresponding seller to receive a refund. 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@uuffoo.us with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post).
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary).
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@uuffoo.us.
